Strengthening of the Regional Public Administration

Within the TACIS technical assistance project carried out by a consortium led by Progeco, CASE expert Wojciech Marchlewski assisted in the implementation of the regional government reforms aimed at: 1) developing the relationship between central and regional government 2) improving financial and information management of the regional administrations 3) improving organization and human resource development.
