Developing Capacity through Technical Cooperation. Country Experiences

In October 2002 an UNDP report entitled Developing Capacity through Technical Cooperation. Country Experiences has been published. It is about the experience over the last decade of development management capacities through technical cooperation in six countries. A country study devoted to the international aid for Kyrgyz Republic was prepared by CASE and CASE-Kyrgyzstan experts co-ordinated by Jacek Cukrowski. A book emerged from a research programme entitled "Reforming Technical Cooperation for Capacity Development", in which CASE and CASE-Kyrgyzstan have participated in years 2000-2001.
