CASE welcomes Dr. Irena Topińska among our Fellows

A long-time collaborator of CASE, Dr. Irena Topińska joined the group of CASE Fellows on December 1st, 2012. Dr. Topińska has participated in various projects undertaken by CASE and is currently leading a project entitled “Consultancy in Evaluation and Reform of Disability and Child Social Assistance Benefits” in Moldova. She is the co-author of many reports and working papers published by our network. Her current research interests include poverty reduction policies, gender aspects of social exclusion, and impacts of migration.
