Balance of Payments Crisis in Belarus

In his article “Balance of Payments Crisis in Belarus” CASE Fellow Alexander Chubrik argues that despite rapid economic growth, Belarus needs IMF assistance. The recent balance of payment crisis depreciated the  local currency by 50 rercent; therefore, Belarus has to find money to reach stabilisation.
