A three-day training course for adult educators from Poland and Latvia took place in Riga from 26 to 29 June, attended by our experts: Zuzanna Stańska and Hilary Kalisiak. The workshops were delivered by Fremtenkt and organised in collaboration with MIHI Latvia and CASE.
Participants learnt about and put into practice the Futures Literacy Laboratory method, developing skills related to critical thinking about the future and the design of educational processes.
The knowledge and experience gained will now be used to develop original workshops for various target groups. A key element of these activities will be the use of reframing scenarios, which help to view the future from new perspectives and better prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the coming decades.
The training also provided an opportunity for educators from Poland and Latvia to exchange experiences and to build international cooperation in the field of adult education.
