Zuzanna Stańska is a Social Sciences Specialist at CASE – Center for Social and Economic Research, where she conducts qualitative research on adult and youth education, lifelong learning, migration, and social policy. Her work explores how individuals and communities adapt to social and technological change, with a particular focus on educational equity, digital transformation, and the inclusion of groups at risk of marginalisation. She specialises in in-depth interviews, participatory methods, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on translating qualitative insights into evidence-based recommendations and practical learning tools.
At CASE, she contributes to a range of international and national projects, including Future Forward, which promotes futures literacy among adult learners; Fact or Fiction?, focused on developing critical thinking and digital resilience among young people; Qualifications Beyond Borders, analysing the recognition of Ukrainian qualifications in Poland; and a multinational study examining the role of socio-economic partners in shaping regional skills strategies for a just green transition. She is also involved in initiatives on intergenerational dialogue, digital inclusion, and youth-centred approaches to safe and culturally responsive digital design.
Her previous experience includes work in public sector consulting, strategic development, and education.
