Katsiaryna Kasykh is a Senior Project Manager at CASE – Center for Social and Economic Research, where she leads partnership development, prepares grant and tender proposals, and oversees the financial and contractual management of EU-funded and internationally funded projects. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, expert coordination and ensuring full compliance with donor requirements, contributing to high-quality delivery across multi-country analytical assignments.
At CASE, she works on projects commissioned by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), the European Parliament (EP) and other EU institutions, as well as Horizon Europe initiatives and programmes supported by international donors. Her expertise spans operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, cross-border project coordination and the organisation of methodologically robust and logistically complex research studies.
Katsiaryna has over 18 years of professional experience in EU-funded analytical projects, territorial and cross-border cooperation, sustainable development and socio-economic programmes in the Eastern Partnership and EU candidate countries. Prior to joining CASE, she held senior management roles in Poland and Belarus for more than 15 years, leading large-scale social, environmental and humanitarian initiatives funded by the EU, UN, UNDP, UNHCR and USAID.
Outside of work, she enjoys mountain and forest trails, slow travel and discovering small, cozy European towns.
