Aleksandra Gryźlak-Chrząstek is an HR and Office Manager. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating human resources, administration duties, and office procedures. Aleksandra coordinates compliance with GDPR and work safety regulations. She also acts as an assistant to the Board.
She has professional experience in administration in public and private sectors, in particular in institutions related to academic and research projects. Before joining the CASE Team, Aleksandra worked, among others, at the Center for Eastern European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She spent two years in Georgia as a coordinator of the Caucasian Bureau of the University of Warsaw at the University of Tbilisi.
Her interests include history and contemporary situation of Eastern Europe, in particular the countries of the Caucasus. She loves watching outdoor cycling and Formula 1 racing.
