Aleksandra Gryźlak-Chrząstek is responsible for organizing and coordinating human resources, administration duties, and office procedures, She also acts as an assistant to the Board.
She has professional experience in administration in public and private sectors, in particular in institutions related to academic and research projects. Before joining the CASE Team, Aleksandra worked, among others, at the Center for Eastern European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She spent two years in Georgia as a coordinator of the Caucasian Bureau of the University of Warsaw at the University of Tbilisi.
She graduated in political science from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. Her interests include history and contemporary situation of Eastern Europe, in particular the countries of the Caucasus.
