Co-founder & President of the Association of Belarusian Business Abroad (ABBA), Economist, Lawyer
Yauheni Bury is an expert in economic policy, economic security, government relations (GR), and business advocacy.
He is the Co-founder and President of ABBA, an international platform that combines the functions of a business association, chamber of commerce, and advocacy organization. Under his leadership, ABBA developed a business verification and compliance framework to ensure the secure and transparent integration of relocated companies into the European and global economies. Within ABBA, he drives strategic partnerships with the the European Commission, U.S. Department of Commerce, Eurochambres, the Three Seas Business Council (TSBC), and the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG), and serves on the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Poland.
Yauheni brings over 25+ years of leadership experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors (including roles at the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, the Security Council of Belarus, and the fintech industry). He holds degrees in Finance and Credit from the Belarusian State Economic University and Public Administration and Law from the Academy of Management. His core expertise lies in economic security, compliance, business integration, and ethical entrepreneurship.
