Sierž Naŭrodski, MA, graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with Honors Diploma in 2002 and later acquired Master degree in Economics at the University of Warsaw in 2003. Sierž joined CASE in 2006 as a ResearchProgram Officer. In 2007-2023 he was the President of CASE Belarus, a part of CASE Network. In 2023-2025 Sierž was engaged as a Senior Economist at CASE. Among his research interests are structural changes in economy of Belarus and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe, increasing efficiency in social services provision, financial system reform, public administration reform, as well as the analysis of relocated businesses.
