Olga Aleszko-Lessels has over ten years of experience in research and policy analysis.
Her work focuses on Eastern Europe, particularly Belarus and Ukraine, as well as Brazil and the BRICS countries.
She has contributed to studies commissioned by the European Committee of the Regions, covering EU enlargement, local governance, and digital public services in Eastern Europe.
Olga holds dual Master’s degrees in International Relations and European Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, and the European Institute (CIFE) in France.
She is a native speaker of Russian and Belarusian and fluent in Polish, Portuguese, and English.
