Mikołaj Herbst, Ph.D. in economics, professor at the University of Warsaw. Specialist in the field of educational research and regional development. Author of several dozen scientific articles and several monographs. Consultant in projects related to education and socio-economic development in Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Montenegro. Founder and co-author of the blog “Polityka based on knowledge”. In 2008-2009, he was Team of Strategic Advisors member at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland.
