Chairman of the Management Board of Goodvalley Agro S.A., he has been with Goodvalley since 1994 and helped found the company from its inception. He holds a degree in Scandinavian philology and a degree in Organization and Management. He is also a graduate of a postgraduate program in Agriculture and Ecology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
Chairman of the Board of the Polish Agricultural Federation; Vice Chairman of the Board of Polpig—the National Association of Pig Farmers and Producers; Chairman of the Agri-Food Industry Committee at the Business Centre Club; member of the Pomeranian Agricultural Council; and member of the Polish Economists’ Association. He coordinates the work of the #Hodowcy Razem initiative, which brings together the largest Polish organizations representing producers of swine, poultry and eggs, as well as cattle and dairy.
As an expert representing Polpig and the Federation of Agricultural Producers’ Trade Unions, he is involved in COPA-COGECA’s work on issues related to agriculture and swine farming. He also collaborates with COPA-GEOPA, the European Landowners’ Organization, the Animal Task Force, and the UN Global Compact Network.
