CASE – Center for Social and Economic Research – Scientific Foundation, a leading think tank in Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Training Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and supervision of training projects
Participation in training projects, including concept development and conducting training sessions for various target groups
Initiating ideas and participating in the development of new training projects and CASE’s training offer
Acquiring funds for the implementation of training projects, in cooperation with the relevant CASE organizational unit
Cooperating with the CASE communications manager in the area of communications activities related to the duties performed

Qualifications:

Higher education
Minimum three years of professional experience, including at least two years in conducting training courses
Experience in identifying training needs and organizing training courses
Knowledge of modern teaching tools useful in working with adults and young people
Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
Very good knowledge of MS Office

Additional advantages will include:

Interest in labor market issues and/or international migration and/or other global issues
Experience in working with the non-governmental sector, including in the area of fundraising
