Oskar Chmiel, a specialist in social sciences at CASE, joined the 12th Biennal Conference of the ECPR Standing Group on the European Union (SGEU) in Lisbon / Universidade Nova de Lisboa, titled “The Trade-Development-Migration nexus in the EU’s approach to its Southern Neighbourhood”.
