which is organized by CASE – Center for Social and Economic Analysis within the Polish-German Economic Forum

During the seminar the following issues will be discussed:
– the most important changes in higher education and its financing over the past 15 years;
– contemporary forms of financing higher education;
– presentation of alternative forms of financing higher education, as an example the SHIFT instrument will be presented;
