Consortium led by CEPS with CASE as partners was ranked no 1 in this FWC in cascade.
The purpose of this Framework contract was to enable the Committee of the Regions’ services to have at their disposal a framework contract for the provision of scientific, legal, documentary and editorial assistance services to the Committee of the Regions’ bodies, members, rapporteurs and services. The activities envisaged involved the provision of various types of expertise for assisting the COR’s services in analytical work, research and planning designed to provide the COR with in-depth knowledge that will enable it to strengthen its consultative and political role at inter-institutional level. The framework covers the following areas:
i) Common Agricultural Policy;
ii) rural development;
iii) food production; i
v) health;
v) fisheries;
vi) maritime policy;
vii) consumer protection;
viii) forestry;
ix) civil protection, and
x) tourism.
