DG EXPO commissionsed consultancy and research services through a framework service contract for ad hoc, short-term services providing expertise on a range of foreign policy subjects. The framework service contract would concern a number of current and emerging issues falling within the areas of responsibility of Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET), its Subcommittees on Security and Defence (SEDE) and Human Rights (DROI), and the Committees for Development (DEVE) and International Trade (INTA).
