Dr. Stanislav Bieliei is responsible for managing research projects funded by European, national, multilateral, and private donors.

Dr. Bieliei’s professional experience includes internships in the European Parliament and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as well as several positions in the third sector. He is also particularly interested in the Balkans and Asia Pacific affairs.

Dr. Bieliei was awarded his PhD in Political Science from Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University after defending his PhD thesis on the concept of “middle power” in contemporary international relations in 2016. He also received an MA in Political Studies with a focus on East European Studies and the Balkans from the University of Warsaw as well as an MA in International Relations from Donetsk National University.
