Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resource Development 2004-2006. Ex-ante evaluation.

On the first meeting, organized within the CASE Social Forum the project entitled 'Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resource Development 2004-2006', prepared by the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Social Policy was disscussed. Dr. Michał Boni led the seminar and presented his evaluation of the  mentioned Programme.
