Monitoring of projects financed by the EU as a part of its Phare Access and Small Projects Facility.

In August 2002, CASE experts completed a three-month monitoring of projects financed by the EU within the PHARE Access and Small Projects Facility programs. The report, assessing the way that 69 projects were executed, was passed to the European Commission's Representative Office in Warsaw.
