Latest publication released within the SERVICEGAP project

“Despite their dominant role in output and employment structures, some aspects of service companies’ performance have only recently attracted scholars’ interest,” claim Krzysztof Szczygielski and Wojciech Grabowski in their newly-published paper. The aim of their research within the SERVICEGAP project is to contribute to the study of the Polish services sector by learning about innovation strategies in the sector and assessing the impact of various innovation strategies on firm productivity.
