 Rolando Ossowski is an independent Public Policy Professional based in Washington DC. He is a graduate of London School of Economics. For over six years he has worked for the International Monetary Fund, in the Fiscal Affairs Department, becoming an Assistant Director of the department. Mr. Ossowski published numerous books and papers on Fiscal Policy and Fiscal Institutions, especially in a context of nonrenewable resources management in exporting economies.
