Development of the UNDP Country Program Outline in the Russian Federation, 2004-2007

In January and February 2003, Marek Dabrowski, Jacek Cukrowski and Irina Sinitsyna participated in preparation of the 'UNDP Country Program Outline in the Russian Federation, 2004-2007'. The CASE experts' task was to present an opinion on UNDP program documents based on meetings with representatives of all interested parties: the government of the Russian Federation, the Russian NGO sector, donors and representatives of UN agencies, including employees of the UNDP Country Office in Russia.
